This is the most awful textbook I have suffered in a while. No textbooks are good, but this one is so dull I felt tortured reading it. Good Luck! The information is solid, but there is absolutely no effort to make it digestible or interesting.

i could write a 10 lines paragraph dissing this book and i wouldn't do it , to keep it short and straightforward : DON'T BUY THE BOOK.this is the worst book i've read so far and i don't think there's a book out there that can top this one in rubbishness.

This books should be only for graduate course. I had to use it for an network management course at undergraduate; the information it contains is very complex.
